HOW TO MAKE A REFUND
If you do not wish to continue the logo design after the receipt of first set of logos, we will issue the refund as stated in previous paragraph . You can ask for the refund via sending an email to accounts@orderlogo.com with "Refund for (logo name)" in the subject line. The refund process can take upto 21 working days.
If you do not write back to us within 20 days of initial samples delivery, you will not be liable for refund. However we consider the project is continuing and upon hearback we will start working on your logo.
4. Delivery within 3 days.
We treat each and every designs specially and immediately. The order passes from payment verification stage, business analysis stage, your logo specification evaluation stage and finally then to design stage. Lately in 3 hours time depending upon your business, the design work will be started. We work for this design till we finish it. As we finish the designing stage, we pass our designs via verification phase which is almost for an hour after design in made.
